Any calls using our numbers will be billed by your telephone service provider to the account holder for that line. Please obtain permission from that account holder before using the JustdialWorld service. Calls are charged from the time you are connected to the JustDialWorld service. Quoted prices are for customers using BT residential call packages (taken from BT residential price list published at www.bt.com), is correct as of 01.08.2009, and is subject to a 8p minimum call charge. Other service providers may charge a higher rate, please contact your service provider for further details. We reserve the right to terminate any call if we consider it is being made unlawfully or fraudulently. The service is subject to availability.

You can use JustDialWorld Instant by dialling the applicable access number as detailed by us on our website (which may be changed from time to time with notice of such change being posted on our website) and then dialling your international number (including the "00" prefix). Callers must ensure they have bill payer’s permission before using the Instant services. All calls are billed by your telephone line provider at their relevant 0844, 0871, rates. Calls are charged from time of connection to the JustDialWorld Instant service, so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered. When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number. Calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated by JustDialWorld.
